Raggy is a hosted memory service for AI agents. By using it, you agree to these terms. If something here is unclear, ask us.
You're responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Don't share them. If a key is compromised, rotate it immediately from the dashboard. We treat anything sent with your key as authorized by you.
Don't use Raggy to store illegal content, copyrighted material you don't own, personal data of others without consent, or anything that would require compliance with regulations we don't support (HIPAA, PCI, etc.). Don't abuse rate limits or attempt to extract data from other users.
You own what you store. We provide the infrastructure. We don't claim rights to your memories, your knowledge graph, or anything else you capture.
Best effort. There's no SLA on the free tier. Paid tiers get priority attention but still no formal SLA until you're on an enterprise agreement.
Paid plans are charged monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from the dashboard. We don't issue refunds for partial months.
We can terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. We'll try to give notice when we can.
Service provided as-is. Don't use Raggy for mission-critical workloads without your own backups. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify users of material changes via email before they take effect.
